Solumstone-K5 Web Design is proud to announce the launch of it's new Flash website creation team.
Whilst Flash websites are not the most popular due mainly to their incompatibility with Robot based Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), they do serve a valid purpose as personal and Very Small Business websites.
A là Ch'ti Bonne Franquett' is one such Very Small Business for whom Solumstone-K5 has provided a new brochure site in Macromedia Flash. Through the use of SWF movies, we are able to provide end users with a seamless carry through of content and information. Solumstone-K5 has also provided an ORDER to SMS system which allows this Snack van's customers to pre-order via a contact form on the website. The order is taken and then automatically converted and sent to their mobile phone as an SMS Text Message.
At present, these websites are limited due to the difficulty in making them modifiable to the customer as well as the inherent problems with search engine rankings but if you like what you see and you're not too worried about getting business from the internet this could be for you. Example applications for flash websites could include a personal website / curriculum vitae (CV) / photo album etc...
Please remember though that for all internet traffic required sites, we still use other technologies to make them SEO friendly. |
